Default Looking for a Gen II Sprite Editor

Hello. I feel that I may be out of luck, but does anyone know of a sprite editor for the Gen II games besides AGIXP411? I have downloaded it on my mac by using wine, but the program won't open. Any advice I can get would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

I think you're out of luck. AGIXP is the only editor I know of. Have you tried using a virtual machine?

No. I just got into hacking three weeks ago. What is a virtual machine?

Edit: Sorry, this was a pointless post. Thank you for your advice.

It's best if you can run Windows XP in a virtual machine. To get AGIXP working you will either need Microsoft Office or ActiveX Control Pad (which is free).

Sorry to say but it is a very inaccessible tool in this day and age. Something new really needs to be made.

I'll admit, that's kind of discouraging. I'm not the most tech savvy person, so I'm kind of leery about making major changes to my computer. However, I'm grateful for your help. I've never heard of a virtual machine before, so that gives me a sense of direction. Thank you.

Look into Oracle VM Virtualbox. Not sure if there is a mac or linux version but it's a start. A virtual machine is simply a secluded environment, that emulates a computer and runs off your own. It won't harm your mac although it may use a lot of memory.
