Either this really happened, or it's just a really good joke. They didn't replace things, just masked them. If you look at your sig and avatar, they're still the same.

It's nice that they didn't get to all the variables, makes the job a bit easier haha. At least all the usernames themselves weren't physically changed. Something's just misfiring in vBulletin.

Probably a script kiddie at most.
