Talking Tile Inserting Made Easy Once More

Phoenix v3 Alpha

So far this is what the Alpha does:
Takes indexed bitmap files, and exports AdvanceMap files for use in the Block editor. Pretty nifty, eh? It gets better! Because GBA uses 15-bit colors, you loose accuracy. This program also spits out a GBA-compatible bitmap file to copy and paste directly into your tileset. Re-import, and BLAMO. It works.
How to use it
Make a tilesheet of all the tiles you want to use, and make sure you have your transparent color in there. Using irfanview, ( or your software of choice ) index the tilesheet to 16 or 256 colors. Save your tilesheet. Drag and drop that file onto the program, and voila! The appropriate palettes and a compatible bitmap file appear! ( You'll have to work things out with 256 though. -- Copy/paste the correct things. Now, in AdvanceMap open the block-editor, and import a palette ( one that was created after you drag/dropped your tilesheet ) into a slot you'd like to use. Next, export your tileset picture from the Block-editor. Now open up the gba compatible bitmap and the tileset you just exported in paint. Copy/paste your tiles where they belong, and re-import. No missing or wrong colors!

This is a nice utility you have here! Nice to see your works here. It'll be useful for people doing graphics.

Well, I'm doing a ROM base for a friend right now, figured I may as well release my helpful tool I made in ... 2 days. X)
UPDATE:
256 images didn't export properly. This fixes that. Also a little bit better behind-the-scenes stuff.

No,but seriously, this seems to have come quite a ways. Does this support Palette editing as well? Not that it's a huge problem...

Please explain in pictures for visual learners are a block of text isn't the most formal way to teach someone who wants images.
Edit: I agree with the user below me even though I have the .dll though it won't let me register it.

To register a .DLL file, you'll need administrative privilages. Then, take the .dll you are in need of in and put it in C: /Windows/System32. Then open a Command Prompt window under admin's privilages and type "regsvr32 [nameofdll].dll", replacing [nameofdll] with the name of the .dll file you are missing. A new dialog box should appear and confirm that you have registered it successfully. Then, try re-running the program that needed it.

I've had this issue with Visual Studio before...
I'll upload a different version.
I'll consider making a visual tutorial... XP

Sorry guys! I didn't realize Visual Studio did this..again.
Try this one out. I think it should work better.
edit:
a bug sneaked in on me, while I was fixing things up again. -.-;
The blue/red values got swapped on the exported AdvanceMap file.
I'm uploading a screen walk-through, and the fixed(again...) version. :P
