You need a mapping tool to do that, use either Advance Map by lu-ho, or MEH by Shiny Quagshire, but it is still in alpha stage, so I recommended A-Map for now.

i know about advance map the new pokemon doesn't show up

U has different offsets and data locations than E. The ini is only designed to handle E. You need to go into your ini and remove all of the sections that are [000#]. Then, go to 0xFFFFFE in the E rom in a hex editor and change it to FF FF. Then it should work fine.

as with every time someone's tutorial or anything mentions a certain value.. i can never find it.. my rom doesn't seem to have FFFFFE...?

It is the last two bytes of the rom. It is an offset.

The Icon editing part of the Suite seems to change the color of inserted images weirdly. When I use Advanced Pokemon Icon Editor, the image saves just fine, then if I used the same image in the Suite, the image colors become weird.

ok.. i think ive got the offests done.. i dont understand what to edit in the .ini file ..tho..


and does everyone have to edit all of this to get it to work or is my unluck kicking in?
